Any one know what's going on had what I thought was implantion bleeding at ten dpo

It was very light pink not much at all however af was ment to be here yesterday still waiting so any way took a test today was negative well I think I thought I saw I very faint line could I still be pregnant ive looked online and some ladies haven't got a positive until few days of missed af
