elite athlete to at home workouts

Eryka
So lately everything with my thyroid and my health issues has had me in a slump. I've gained weight not only because of the thyroid issue but because I'm working so much I barely have time to work out. I know, I know don't make excuses make time however it is very difficult with a full and I mean full schedule and this is without children however I do have two dogs which count as children too I guess.
Lately I've decided that it's time to do what I need to do no matter what. And in order to feel better, be healthier and feel better about myself mentally I need to work out. Hence the whole working out at home idea. Sure I still go for my runs when time and weather permits however I have also discovered the magic of you tube and workouts from home.
Today was my second day of doing workouts from home and I actually like it a lot. I plan on using this as a cross training tactic in the Long run however anything to get me moving right now is what I need. I went from running 6 to 10 miles a day to barely having time to do 10 minutes of working out. I'm proud of myself for kicking myself in the butt and getting this going I hope that this can also encourage others to do so. I would get depressed because I would think about how much I used to be able to do and think now that I barely was able to do anything. With this thyroid disease comes a lot of symptoms such as exhaustion, fatigue weight gain (i've never been this heavy) as I mentioned before however with motivation and determination, I believe I can overcome all the obstacles and in the long run hopefully making me healthier overall to have a baby one day.
