Cradle cap or something...

My 6 month old had craddle cap when he was born I got a rid of it but it looks like it came back. Idk if it's it or not because he constantly stratches it leaving little scratch marks. It looks like it. I've been trying coconut oil but I don't see much change. I don't know if I'm applying it enough or what. Anyone have any advice? He's got an appointment next week but would love to kick this in the butt!
