How do you pinpoint the exact day of ovulation? I have regular 28 day cycles, got positive opk CD15 around 10pm but on CD17 I had what I believed to be ovulation pain. So could I have a positive opk CD15 but didn't actually ovulate until CD17? Just trying to figure out how many dpo I am.
