I only occasionally wake up during the night now!
Quality of life much improved after I started sleeping like a pregnant diva. I had horrible sciatic pain, excrutiating pelvic pain, and an overactive bladder. I was waking up every hour on the hour to struggle bus my way out of bed to the bathroom.
I had the snoogle pillow plus another pillow between my legs and it didn't help at all.
The first night I put my pillows like this I slept the whole night and woke up to my alarm thinking I had died in my sleep and was now a fat, constipated ghost.
Above my head is an oil diffuser that I use for a lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus mixture which may or may not help me sleep, too.
There's a pillow under the coiled snoogle, and one on top to be less lumpy. My butt goes where there's just mattress, and the single pillow helps me not slide down and eases my legs up to the double pillow which helps with swelling.
Now there's room for my dog to sleep between me and my husband again. And my husband sleeps though the night without waking up to the sound of me groaning my way out of bed. Quality of life improved for the whole house lol because if momma aint happy, ain't nobody happy.
