I had intercourse earlier and I just took my bbt and its 99.30 is that high ?

You would need few days of tempting at the same time in order to get an accurate reading. One or two days is not sufficient.

You should take your bbt first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. Any time after that will be an inaccurate reading.
