Hello mummies!

I am currently dealing with a very stressful situation - my 5 months old baby won't take mg breast anymore, I can only breastfeed him when he's practically asleep and isn't aware of what he's doing. He is teething bit I don't think that's the problem, because it's been going on for a good while, and he has no problem eating from bottle. I have sufficient milk supply, although I did have a problem with that 2 months ago, but I fixed that as soon as I noticed. Currently I have good milk supply and quality, thank god.

Every time I offer him boob, he starts fussing, panicking and arching his back. He does the same when he is eating in his sleep and wakes up and realises that he is on the breast.

Has anyone dealt with a situation like this? What did you do to overcome this and successfully continue breastfeeding?

I'm so heartbroken about this, I love breastfeeding and the benefits it gives my baby and the bond. However, it looks like the bond has been broken... 😭😭😭
