Am I overreacting?

Question

When my fiancee goes to the bathroom he is in there for about 45 mins and he locks the door? He does this every single time! Is he hiding something or am I just over reacting?

My husband doesn't lock the door but he is always in there forever.

Maybe your fiancé just wants to poop in private?

I'm married & I lock the door :) my husband doesn't even bother to close the door. If you're suspicious of something, you may want to go through his phone. If not, he's just doing what you do in the bathroom

My hubby can spend an easy 30-45 min in the bathroom. He takes his phone in there and plays games or watches utube. Sometimes I'll text him and ask if he's drowned. He always tells me that he like nature to do it's course and he is in no rush. It's been like this for 10 yrs. I thinks it's crazy. I'm in and out in less than 5. To each is own!

LOL, My hubby too! Ever since I've known him for the past 6yrs. Average 30-50min! He'll take his phone and be there playing games, go on reddit and read or watching funny stuff (I hear him hysterically laughing from outside the door) There's also a scene from "this is 40" where Paul Rudd will just stay in the bathroom forever playing words with friends... If it really bothers you, just tell him to don't lock ;) but be warned... It might stink in there...

Mine only does that rarely, and it's when he's jerking off & doesn't want to be disturbed. I'd be concerned if it was every time... I'd definitely be asking the same thing. Have you asked him about it at all?

It's something to be "concerned" about but really I would try to let it go. If he's hiding something, you'll eventually find out about it one way or another. But for now it's not worth making a molehill out of an anthill if you know what I mean. It'll just push him away and damage the trust between you two.
