We've encountered our first diaper rash and it is a gnarly one. Something is giving her diarrhea so she's constantly got a hot diaper. Not sure what it's from, I'm thinking from Franks Red Hot (she doesn't do well with hot sauces and this is the first time I've ate it since I had her), but we're going on 3 days of it. No fever, acting completely fine, I'm keeping her very hydrated. I'm hoping it passes soon 😞 I'll be taking her to the doctor if it hasn't passed by the end of the week. Currently we're using Desitin but I'm curious to know what else has worked really well for the rest of you
