awake time between naps?

How long does your baby stay awake between naps? Mine is 14 weeks and gets overtired at 1.5 hours max but she fights sleep. Should I let her stay awake if I'm not successful putting her down after 30 min?

In my experience if baby won't nap it's usually because they're overtired. This website with the awake chart really helped me with my DD... just a quick note that the times are a max awake time so baby should already be asleep before you reach the time it says so make sure you give time for your pre-nap routine and time for baby to fall asleep (however long it usually takes them).

I always try to put my girl down. Sometimes they just need help. She fights sleep horribly too and usually needs a boob to help lol
