can someone please help me pinpoint ovulation???

I am cycle day 29. not sure anymore when
AF
is due. this is my 4th day of spotting. I wouldnt of known of I was spotting if I didnt check my cm. my chart has me baffled and the day I thought I ovulated I obviously didnt. :-(
can someone please help me pinpoint ovulation???
