Should you sleep in a bra while pregnant ?boobs are getting bigger and I find wearing a bra while I sleep uncomfortable, but I'm not sure if it's unhealthy not to ?

I'm constantly wearing sports bras! They hurt so bad without them and my OB said it was perfectly safe 😊

It's actually been proven healthier to go without a bra in general,if you're more comfortable without then go for it.

I have to so I can use breast pads due to leaking otherwise it's not a big deal.

I hate them and would go without as much as I can! I've never been told to wear a bra at night. Exact opposite actually

You should never sleep with a. Bra on! Bras are not good for boobs in general let alone when you don't NEED to wear them.

I on the other hand can't go without a bra!
Whichever one I put on after showering in the morning, is the one I sleep in at night.
My boobs feels like it wants to be held by a bra, it hurts really bad when I try and sleep without one.
It depends on each lady. 
Sleeping with bra on works for me currently.

I started wearing a bra to sleep recently. I had small breast before getting pregnant and now they're bigger and uncomfortable. Like they would swing everywhere when turning around and so I started wearing a bra to sleep.
