Help Please

Question have any of yall experienced this:
In march 2017 I had my norm AF on the 14th-21st I missed my April 9th period ( I keep track on app and have reg 27 day cycle with 18 days in between periods.) I had a PPT on April 16th & April 17th. At this time i had the paragard in and I started bleeding on April 21st and April 22nd went to the hospital and they confirmed the miscarriage. On April 24th i went to my obgyn and she removed the paragard did my yearly testing. She told me as soon as I stopped bleeding we could TTC and all my test came back perfect. I was suppose to have my next AF on May 15th but it never came I only spotted light pink on May 30th then it stopped around the afternoon of the 31st. Here it is June 6th and still nothing and I took the hpt First Responce and it was negative. Anyone else experience this?
