2 weeks pregnant ??

Hi Everyone!

My question is - how early is to early ! What's the earliest time to show symptoms ?

I have been extremely nauseous, dizzy, I'm getting acne I haven't had before , I'm bloated and extremely emotional. I have done 3 pregnancy tests and they are all negative but based on my calendar , I had my period less than 3 weeks ago and sex about 4 times during my fertility window . 
Is this possible signs of early pregnancy? I have never had symptoms like this for my period .

Ps I know I should be patient until my period is due .. but common who has patience 🤔😂

Just want some others experience on the situation ❤️

I had symptoms at 2-3 weeks pregnant. I had cramping and cravings so badly.
