Opk test. How to read. Help!!!

I started my second round if clomid and have been trying to use opk's. I took a test on CD 10 and there was only one line I took another one CD 11 and there one line well maybe a faint second line. Now on CD 12 and CD 13 there are two lines. Can someone help me no if these or Positive, negative or close to positive.
