advice

Ok so two days ago I had a plugged duct. Which later in the evening I took my temp cause I was achy and miserable and it was 101.8. I decided to wait a few hours and take it again. When I did that the fever had gone and I was feeling better. But now for the past two days every time I nurse I get this shooting pain from my nipple all the way up the affected side of the breast. Should I go to the dr or is this just pain from the engorged clogged duct?
