Prenatal vitamins??

Is it okay to just take a multivitamin plus folic acid when trying to conceive?The prenatal vitamins are making me sick and causing really bad stomach cramps 😣

You don't need both parental vitamins will have folic acid in them. You can just take folic acid and eat regular healthy meals

My doc said as long as i eat healthfully all I need is the plain folate supplement bc every single prenatal i tried gave me crazy side effects. I get the methylfolate from whole foods

Try Rainbow Light vitamins, they are plant based. I am sensitive to the iron in most vitamins and these don't bother me and my obgyn said that they are a good brand. Hope this helps 😁

Yes, it's a good idea. Maybe try the gummies with no iron? They helped me out when my nausea was super bad :)
