my baby isn't moving?!

I'm 23 weeks 2 days. I'm used to feeling my baby move every about 30 min. I've felt one small kick today, that's all. Should I be worried? Cuz I am 😕help please

Normally this is typically around the time people only feel them move for the first time. I wouldn't of thought oi feeel them every day at this early stage. But everyone different. If you know your body and you have a routine then you should call someone just to be safe. Baby's movements should never decrease.

This happened to me yesterday. I only felt a few kicks yesterday and today I've been feeling them all day.

I've read you only need to count kicks at 28 weeks:) other times they can be active one day and more relaxed the other. I've had days where I barely feel baby and I worried like crazy and the next day he was kicking and doing summersaults all day long.

I'm just about to be 24 weeks and I feel the same. I've been feeling movement since 18 weeks... got really strong and frequent around 20 weeks ..  the for the past several days things have been disconcertingly quiet! I'd fee a few vague kicks once or twice a day. But she's been moving around lots tonight. I think she was just in a position that I couldnt feel much. I wouldn't worry!
