Everyday, if possible. I know ppl say every other day bc motility is best, but I've also been told that unless he has sperm count issues...Everyday is good. There are a lot of opinions tho...

We only BD twice in my fertile window which was the two highest percent days Glow recommended. BDing everyday didn't work for us.
