Girl mucinex saved my life during this pregnancy lol. I've had two separate colds and mucinex cleared them up quick.

My doctor says the regular (blue) Mucinex is fine. I accidentally took Mucinex DM when I was pregnant with my first and got miserably sick from it.

No. The only decongestants my doctor approved was Claritin and Sudafed. And only the single symptom kind, don't take the ones that are for multi-symptom cough-and-colds.

I'm not sure it's safe to take that medicine in pregnancy AT ALL. I would look it up or ask yor doctor before taking it.
