What time does your baby usually go down for the night?

We have a pretty strict schedule. Naps are 10, 1 and 4 with bedtime at 7. We have routines for both nap time and bed time and we don't stray from them lol. So far it seems to be working and we're going on about a month now. She never really regressed. Getting her to sleep got a little difficult but I am hoping that's passed now.

Never!!! Aye yay yaye! She woke up early today so I thought she'd go to bed early.....napped for 20 mi @ 8:45 then the cat me owed and woke her up, then she was up till about 12 am. I'm a wreck and tired our of my brains. Pic from earlier today before the mayhem.

It used to be 8pm but he's going through that "sleep regression" so he's sleeping at 10/11pm. He just never settles before then and I've tried everything , I'll let him have his own sleeping pattern for now and then I'll try to make him sleep earlier and earlier
