Af 4 days late but having sharp period cramps

My AF was due on 3/12 and so that makes me 4 days late as of today. I've taken a couple frer and they were negative. I am now having really bad cramps but no spotting or bleeding. Has anyone experienced this and had a bfp? Or do you think its AF finally arriving?
