I have a three month old baby almost four months and she loves cartoons. No matter where I have her in the living room, she will turn her head towards the tv and watch it. But she's also a very interactive baby and loves people. When I need to do housework and want to keep her occupied I put her in her bouncer and let her watch cartoons. Now, I've been getting a lot of shit for this like I'm some kind of bad Mom for wanting to keep her quiet so I can get some things done. I've been told I'm a terrible mom and she's gonna be "stupid" when she grows up because I introduced her to the tv too soon. But we're in the living room pretty much all day every day playing and talking so eventually she would have noticed the bright pictures on the tv! She likes it and it makes her happy. Am I wrong for letting her at watch it??? Honest answers please because I honestly feel like a bad mom now.
