Endometriosis or Something Else?

Amber Skye • Wife + Mama to 2 under 2 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
I have been diagnosed with endometriosis for 5 years now, but have been affected by it for close to 10. Recently, over the past 3 months, I have been constantly nauseous and vomiting. I have been living off Dramamine, water, and lemon and have barely eaten during this time. I try to eat something daily, but usually I don't even make it to the first bite before the smell has me running to the trash. Other than a bowl of plain pasta, I haven't kept anything down in over a week. (I have tried all types of food over these past few months.) Even with nothing in my stomach, I'm still vomiting water and stomach bile.
I'm very clearly losing weight and all aspects of my life and health are being affected by this. Though I lost my health insurance at the beginning of this year, I went to the hospital a month or two ago and after the blood and pregnancy test, they simply put it off on my needing another laparoscopy for my endometriosis. I'm weary on whether or not this is the case, as I've never been told extreme nausea can be caused by this.
At this point, I don't know what to do. It's obvious that I need some sort of medical intervention. I can't go on slowly wasting away. I'm absolutely starving, lightheaded/dizzy, malnourished, and will inevitably be back at an unhealthy weight sooner rather than later. I'm tempted to go back to the ER tonight and beg them to help me at any cost.
Do you or anyone you know have experience with this? Suggestions?
