I had a dream last night that I was pregnant. I've had dreams like this before but the difference in this dream was that I actually had a BABY BUMP! Every other dream was just seeing positive tests. Of course waking up and realizing I didn't actually have a bump was upsetting but has anyone had a dream like this and turned out to be preggers? I'm 3 or 4 dpo
