No symptom miscarriage?

Question

Is it possible to miscarry and not have any symptoms? No bleeding or cramping? Would the pregnancy just remain intact without growing? Would the only way to end the pregnancy be with medical support or would things just eventually pass?

I've had a missed miscarriage in October. We found out there was no heartbeat at our 12 week scan. The baby was measuring only 8 weeks. There was no bleeding, no cramping, i still had my pregnancy symptoms, and was totally blindsided at the appointment. They gave me medication to induce the miscarriage since it had already been 4 weeks and my body wasn't figuring it out. I didn't need to have a d&c. I am 8 weeks 5 days and this is my worst nightmare that it will happen again.

I had one that was only confirmed at 9 week scan baby stopped at 7 weeks  and kept holding on till 11 weeks before I opted for d and c

Depending on how early you miscarry there is the possibility of your body just absorbing the miscarriage. I've seen it happen before and there was no bleeding or anything and the baby was just gone.

Sadly, it is possible. I am not sure how common it is though. I have had 2 missed miscarriages. The first one stopped growing at 8 weeks, and it was noticed on my 12 week scan. I had an earlier ultrasound at 7 and a heartbeat was noticed. My second stopped growing at 6 weeks, and it was noted on my 8 week scan. 
I had nausea and the typical pregnancy symptoms with both.

I had a scan at 10 weeks, baby stopped growing at 5 weeks, blindsided by appt... Didn't naturally miscarry until 11 weeks...

Had another scan at about 9 weeks, again stopped growing around 5 weeks.  As of 10.5 weeks I hadn't miscarried and had to DNC.

I have had several miscarriages but everytime I either spotted red blood or had serious bleeding like a period with clots.. I figured out most of the time you just know you have a overwhelming feeling that something is wrong and if you feel that way I would definitely go to the doctor immediately..
