Really need some help here!

I'm currently roughly about 11/12 dpo (tried the no stress method and deleted my app and didn't chart anything). I've had hardly any of my PMS symptoms this month which is very strange considering I'm due my period Tuesday or wednesday. Anyway, I sent this picture to a girlfriend of mine and she saw it straight away. Just need opinions please!
