3 weeks off birth control pill
Hi
I came off the pill 3 weeks ago after 4 years. Had withdrawel bleed a few days later as normal. Been weird this week. Bloated. Needing to pee more. Brown spotting for 2 days when i wiped. Cramps on left side and at one point for a few minutes quite severe. Yesterday got sore nipples. Im sure its all just a result of cominh off the pill but before only ever had cramps during period so confused
