The sciatic nerve is in the leg- runs down the back. Your Diva cup shouldn't be hurting it- your vagina wouldn't put the pressure on your leg or lumbar spine to cause compression or irritate the nerve. The two things shouldn't be related unless your anatomy is really weird (the sciatic nerve doesn't go to the pelvic region- maybe it's another nerve?).
