Clomid & HCG trigger shot?

I'm starting my 3rd round of Clomid tomorrow and my dr wants me to also get the HCG Trigger shot this month. He'll be monitoring my follicle sizes on days 13 and 14 and I'll get the trigger shot after that.
He said the next step is a laparoscopic exploratory surgery to check for  endometriosis. I've had three other children successfully with my ex husband and have had four miscarriages. My 2nd marriage now is going great besides trying to have our last baby. 
Do you ladies have any advice or stories from your own experiences? I really appreciate it!

I had the trigger shot last month(ovidrel).  I was so nervous that my hands were shaking.  I couldn't even feel the tiny needle, except my shaking hands jostled it around.  Just take your time and go very slowly, and follow the directions they give you (like an inch from your belly button, and pinch your skin before you put the needle in, then release your skin and slowly inject, and slowly pull the needle out).  I didn't have side effects from the shot.  I won't be so nervous this month because it truly does not hurt.  I think I ovulated 37 hours after the shot, but I had O pains all that day.  When I got my IUI 36 hours after the shot the nurse said I hadn't O'd yet, but on my drive back home I had ovary pain.

Thank you!! I guess I'm supposed to order the medication, but the nurse is going to give me the injection. Did you order the hcg medication yourself?
