When did you first feel pregnancy symptoms?

I am going to start trying for a baby next spring and I was wondering how soon people feel symptoms after becoming pregnant, and whether there are common early ones. Hoping not to have to pay for a bunch of tests. Thanks!

I knew when I was 4 weeks with the last two. I was almost 3 months along with the first one before I realized I was preggers ( I had super irregular periods, and hubs and I weren't really trying). I also get terribly sick and down right exhausted when I'm first pregnant and that's how I usually know. Good luck to you!!

My nipples hurt, sore, and super sensitive right away. Even before a positive pregnancy test.
