TWINS!!👶🏼👶🏼❤️

I had my first ultra sound today. Called my doctor because I was having weird cramps she told me to come in right away to do more blood work and a ultrasound. The lady kept smiling but I couldn't see the screen at the very end i looked at the pictures she took and was like why is there two?! And she said I'm having twins!! I'm still in shock. They're thinking I'm 5+5weeks. Which is a weak earlier than they originally thought. I'm so excited and terrified!! Anyone who had twins have any advice??
