Anyone else?
My son is 3 and a half weeks old and strictly has only had breast milk. The first week I breastfed him exclusively. Then switched to pumping and giving him a bottle because it hurt less. His latch was too strong and I found it painful. Pumping worked for us. After 2 straight weeks of pumping and having 15 bags of breast milk stored up I have offered the breast again. He took it better than before. Doesn't hurt as much and he doesn't get annoyed at all. Is this abnormal? Everyone swore he'd have nipple confusion and wouldn't take the breast ever again. Should I stick to breast feeding him then pumping an hour after and saving that for when I go back to work? I plan on going back to work when he's 10 weeks old.
