tiny bump

I am 18 weeks and 4 days, and I feel like I've had the same size bump for the past 3-4 weeks! It's worrying me that baby doesn't seem to be growing. Anyone else experiencing this? I think I felt some movement last week and this week has been pretty quiet. I know that's normal this early so that doesn't worry me as much as the bump not really growing!
