Announcement help

So I've been thinking of a clever way to announce on Facebook about baby. Will possibly be announcing Monday evening, I'll only be 10w5d but if all goes well at my appointment that afternoon we decided to go ahead & announce. Most people already know & it's already getting hard to hide. So my idea is... I want to take a picture of 2 Corona  bottles with a mini Corona bottle(our last name is Corona). Just need a clever saying to go along with it... Any ideas?
