Media Bias
I understand that the attack in Manchester was tragic for many people, but the tragedies being suffered by millions in the Middle East is infinitely more severe. But where is the support for the innocent lives of Syria? Egypt? Iraq? Iran? Why don't they get a concert? Where is their hashtag? Where is all the celebrity and outrage for their lives? 
How many of you heard about the attack in Egypt that killed 28 people? Or the suicide bombings in churches on Palm Sunday?
It grieves me that people here in the US don't know the extent of atrocities being committed in the Middle East, to Christians and Muslims alike. So my question to yours this: do you think there is an inherent media bias here in the Western world that is a result of our obsession with celebrity that makes us unaware or negligent of tragedies and atrocities being committed in other countries?
