I want symptoms already! 😫

4 weeks and 2 days and I just want more symptoms already! I have the lightest cramp every now and then, some heartburn, and my nipples are a little sore, but I can't tell if it's because I keep messing with them to see if they're sore.. I just want to feel pregnant to put my mind at ease. Even if it means barfing everything I eat. I just want it.
