I found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago (first time ever). I've been cramping and feel pressure in my lower abdomen. I wiped yesterday and saw a couple of pink spots. Then, I jumped in the shower. As I was cleaning myself down there, I noticed I was bleeding a lot, like red, and noticed some small clots. Today, I bled even more and still had some small clots. It's dying down now but I'm still cramping. Is that a miscarriage?
