I'm on day 6 of a pretty heavy period and my virgina is so sore from inserting tampons. I use regular size usually but it's been such a heavy flow that I have to use super. And have been wearing a pad to help catch and bleed through. I have a pretty active job and can't use just pads. Any tips on how to help the pain down there? When I'm home and not active I've been using just a pad and making sure to go to the bathroom very often. I'm praying this period ends soon! It's a provera induced period and it's been awful!
