I would really like to do a natural birth, however I'm not opposed to taking the epidural if it is too much for me to take. People who have done natural birth say natural is best, people who take the epidural say epidural is best. I wanted to hear opinions from women who have actually done both. Do you think natural births worth a try? Do you think the epidural is over rated? Which birth did you feel more empowered by? Which birth were you able to enjoy more? In your experience which one overall is better or the one you would choose again?
