How to save money?

I want to save money with my bf, we want to travel but i dont have a job with a secure pay each month, as graphic designer i cant find a job in the city :(

so what you do for save ant travel??

Couponing! And a budget. I do mine in an excel spreadsheet every month. It includes bills, groceries, expected gas, and even cigarettes. Also, savings. Even $5 every month is good! Vacationing is awesome, but make sure you dont break the bank trying to go. Save up and then go. It can relieve so much stress knowing that the money youre going to spend was from savings and it wont put a dent in next months bills. Also if theres anything you can cut down like internet or cable. Try searching for lower car insurance, etc. And also think would i rather have cable or go on a vacation in a couple months. Cut down on going out to eat or stopping at gas stations to get snacks. Also if you keep every reciept youll know where your moneys going and what you need to cut back on. Hope this helps!
