anyone else scared or terrified of birth?

I know I have a while but it will go by quick... I'm so terrified of getting ready to go through the pain of giving birth.. like what if something bad happens to me or my baby? I just don't want to be in any sort of pain and well duh of course I will be .. I'm just terrified ya know ? :/ I'm 19 and I never gone through this pain.

Just remember the female body was designed to do this. It'll hurt but it must be worth it otherwise people would stop after 1 kid

You have to try not to think about the negative. I know it's hard but it's the best way to not stress your self out.     If your worried about the pain a epidural will help for the most part.  And your doctor will take care of you.  But as soon as you have the baby you will forget all about it and only be focusing on you baby.
