30 weeks is it normal...?

I heard about the pelvic pains and this is my third pregnancy but.. tonight the pain is unbearable. I can't walk , sleep, move lay down or stay still without it feeling like my pelvic is burning. I've had pain with my second pregnancy but not this severe where it keeps me up.

I suffer through this as well. There are times where I have to have my husband help me out of bed because the movement to so painful. This is my third baby too.

Oh man, I sympathize. Thought I was paralyzed for a minute there when it got really bad! I started feeling the pain a few weeks ago and thought it was sciatica. The suggestions from my doctor to help sciatica (walking, stretching) made everything worse, to the point one night where I couldn't walk for about an hour, and then had intense, immobilizing pain for three days. Once I read about pelvic girdle pain/SPD and followed those guidelines I felt MUCH better. I was able to float in a pool one day, which also helped a lot. Paying attention to how I rotate my body, never standing on one leg to get dressed/undressed, not sitting on the floor, and not trying to push through the pain were the biggest things that helped me. That's how I'm feeling. If I sit for a long time oh man it hurts. I can't turn getting up to be ever two hours had not been fun. Even with my support belt it's getting worse. I had the same with baby number 4 he was so heavy by 38 weeks I couldn't walk.

Mention it to your midwife / doctor you could have spd .I have had it since my second trimester but only in my third it's unbearable x
