Feeling sick

So my period is due in 5 days and my back is killing me. I couldn't go to sleep last night and I feel so congested! I've never felt this way before a period! It's awful I was brushing my teeth and my gums were bleeding and I just feel so sick to my stomach!😷 rant over I hope you ladies have a wonderful day on purpose !!
