Don't really wanna go to the dr if I don't have too , anything I can do at home to get rid of , not sure if that is what it is I could just be very dehydrated. Anything at this point will be very helpful #29weekspreggos

I would definitely call your doctor and get antibiotics right away but drink a ton of water in the meantime. Infections can be dangerous if it treated immediately.

If you're pregnant and you think you have a uti or bladder infection, you need to see your doctor and get it cleared. I spent 2days in hospital for a kidney infection that had no symptoms but did start in my bladder. 
Don't just wait it out, get it cleared as soon as you can. If you suspect you're dehydrated then quickly up your water intake

If it's a uti or bladder infection cranberry pills will help it stop hurting almost immediately and clear it up in like 3 days. I always use the AZO urinary health ones.
