Walking!?!

Am I the only one who feels like they can't go out because they need a break constantly!? My poor SO decided to take me to the outlets today and I've had to take multiple breaks because my back will start to kill me and I'll get crampy 😫 ugh!!

Drink more water hun...how far along are you? I'm 36 wks. I got up early this a.m. and did a 3 mile walk with my 2 year old...she walks ,very rarely uses a stroller, before the 90+° weather came....I'm sorry you are having a tough time.
Are you eating a variety of healthy whole foods with 70+ grams of healthy protein?

I'm in the house now as we speak because the heat makes me sick. I'm so sick of being in the house it's becoming depressing.

I was doing fine until this 95 degree weather hit. Now I get winded a bit faster but I've been pumping the water intake like crazy and it does help a bit.
