TTC - tracking period question

Hey everyone! I just joined glow and started tracking my period. I have always had a 21 day cycle (I'm 32 and had this cycle since I was 13 - uuuuggghhh) the highest percentage I ever have of getting pregnant is 29.2%. Is that normal? I am afraid that is low?
