I hear different things from many doctors about smoking. Now I know it is bad for you and damaging to myself .. but .. does it really help your fertility now I have stopped ? I have smoked for many years and now I finally feel ready to quit (only quit today) could me smoking be the cause of not getting pregnant for 4 years ?!
