hello im very nervous i had a miscarriage last aug and didnt get pregnant again till now I am 6 weeks today and last night started to spot brownish only when wiping not on pad or underwear I'm very nervous something bad is going to happen again has anyone experienced this before? i was getting hot flashes when i found out I was pregnant but I am no longer getting those and I have a very very dull cramping now.....help💜💙💜
