Spotting , frequent urination ( literally ALL DAY ) headaches , mild cramping for a day , now lower left back cramps , little nausea and constipation to be honest I don't know could just be nothing 
- Recently stopped birth control 
- Have had sex right after stopping  
- Have had sex weeks ago while on birth control he came  
- No period for a month just occasional spotting with some cramps
